Feel the Feels

Sometimes it can be hard to go to others with your problems and feelings. Maybe you hesitate to call a friend because you know their schedule is crazy busy, or maybe they’re just the unemotional type that doesn’t know what to do when they see someone cry. You might refrain from talking about your emotions because you don’t like the feeling of vulnerability, or you might’ve been hit with another “Join the waitlist” message on your search for a therapist. I get it. It’s not always easy to find the comfort you need.

I created this digital workbook to be a source of emotional support. We could all use some more of it when we’re going through tough times. Reminder: be kind to yourself, be kind to others, and check in on your people as much as you can.
