The National Association of Black Journalists strives to strengthen the voice of BIPOC students on campus by providing a safe space for collaboration and a platform to share stories and experiences. NABJ hopes to advance journalism by increasing the diversity of perspectives across all media.
BLACK HISTORY MONTH FESTIVAL
In celebration of Black History Month, NABJ hosts a music festival featuring performances from an acclaimed list of artists/performers. NABJ approached me with one ask: make a dope flyer.
Inspired by the look of band posters, I created a flyer with an 80s soul feel to set the tone for the music festival.
